What is your returns policy?
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it’s not what you were looking for, just send it back to us within 14  days and we will gladly refund or exchange it for you.

Just fill in the returns form that you can download here  and send it back to us. Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise that you get proof of postage and use a parcel or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Once we have received your returned item we promise to process it as quickly as possible, however please note it can take up to 28  days from the date of receipt. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please email hello@bernieandthebeanpole.com.

Please be green and re-use the original packaging if possible!

 

What if my item is faulty?
In the event of any products being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the item for you. Please email hello@bernieandthebeanpole.com to arrange a return.

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. If you do change your mind, please wait to receive the parcel and return it back to us using the procedure above.

 

When will I be charged for my order?
We will charge your card when the items in your order are dispatched.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards online via PayPal.

 

Will I be charged VAT?
All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 20%.
